The application procedure must be done online. Candidates will not be admitted to the masterclasses unless payment is received in line with the invoice sent by the organisers once the online registration process is completed.
The participation fee is not refundable!
As the number of participants is limited, the organising committee accepts applications on a first-come-first-served basis. After that, all other applicants will be put on a waiting list. The organising committee will announce that the quota of accepted participants is reached on the official website. It is not obligatory for applicants on the waiting list to send the payment until they are approved by the organising committee.
We highly recommend registering in advance and not waiting for the application deadline to ensure your participation in the masterclasses.
Upon receiving your request, we will contact you and send you the invoice for payment.
